Coastal Development Permit

The Coastal Development Permit will require approval by the City of Dana Point following California Coastal Commision approval of a Local Coastal Program Amendment.

Environmental Impact Report

The Environmental Impact Report was certified by the Orange County Board of Supervisors on January 31, 2006.
