Welcome to the Dana Point Harbor Revitalization Plan website.

Since the first Revitalization Plan Task Force meeting nearly a decade ago, developing a vision for the Dana Point Harbor of tomorrow has been - and continues to be - a collaborative effort among numerous groups with a singular goal: improving the Harbor we all use and love.

This website will give you an in-depth look into the planning process as well as the efforts currently underway to meet that goal.

You'll see that the Revitalization Plan is comprised of two segments, Landside Improvements and Waterside Improvements, each with numerous components.
